Edgarton, St. Peter, Petak & Rosenfeldt has been a trusted name in Fond du Lac since the 1930s, representing some of the area’s most respected businesses, financial institutions, and public entities. In 2018, the firm joined forces with Dempsey Law, uniting two distinguished legal practices in the Fox Valley area. This merger allowed both teams to better serve the Fond du Lac area and expanded the legal expertise available to local clients. Today, Dempsey Law proudly continues that legacy, offering Fond du Lac the experience and personalized service that have defined the firm for nearly a century.
Byrne Law Office was established in July 1982 by Attorney Terrence J. Byrne. The firm continued to expand and gained a reputation as one of the best firms in Central Wisconsin for individuals, farmers, and businesses facing financial troubles. Byrne Law Office merged with Dempsey Law to continue the firm’s legacy of providing exceptional legal services to Wausau residents and businesses.
Buchholz & Busch-Ell Law Office LLC was formed in 2000, but attorneys William E. Buchholz and Alana Busch-Ell were well respected legal experts in Waupun for many years before that. Attorney Buchholz began practicing law in 1977 and was a partner in both the Grant, Buchholz, Sias and Hoeper Law Firm and Buchholz and Sias Law Offices. Attorney Busch-Ell practiced in Waupun with Buchholz & Sias Law Offices starting in 1989. When they began their practice together, they served an extensive, loyal Waupun area clientele of businesses, farms, and individuals. Their partnership with Dempsey Law ensures that same dedication and personal service will continue, now backed by the expanded resources and expertise of one of Wisconsin’s most respected law firms.
Dempsey Law has continued to expand its practice throughout Wisconsin. The addition of an office in De Pere in 2014 has allowed the firm to better serve firm clients in De Pere and Green Bay areas.
